Working on an issue with them on my HELOC, where they raised my monthly payment from around $800 to over $3,000 with less than 30 days notice. I will provide more details if it is not resolved soon. Not customer focused. The Opening guy was honking and aggressively telling me I can’t park there before even opening. Sooo RUDE!
This is the worst bank I’ve ever used. I moved to the DFW area 3 years ago and have no access to a Trustmark bank. I’ve requested a new debit card several times and still haven’t received it. Transferring money from my account to a competent bank is a huge hassle as they can arbitrarily stop the transfer or take several days to deliver the money. I've finally found a bank that seems family and business oriented. The Manager Qiana and the lady at the drive up window are soo nice and professional.
