I have been going to Stephanie since she opened. If she wasn’t the best I would not have gone back. I’m sorry to say that she has helped me so much I never go to my chiropractor. My back issues are definitely in check now and just today I was having some issues with my neck and hips, she got me in and in no time I was in good shape. If I could I would go every week. It’s so relaxing I can’t stay awake during treatments.
Stephanie's sessions opened up my shoulder mobility, space in my rib area, and took care of some hip pain. It feels super interesting. Stephanie's attention and touch are very calming, quiet, thoughtful, skillful.
Stephanie has been monumental! I had been running into walls, hitting my head when picking up something off the ground, and generalized clumsiness. We (Stephanie) worked through ONE cranial nerve treatment and BOOM! The instances of hitting my head, and walking into doors has declined substantially. Definitely recommend if you have tried other self-care modalities, instagram videos, and have seen little to no results. Stephanie can help you!
I have used Stephanie for myofascial release therapy as well as massage. She gave me the BEST hot stone massage I have ever had. She is extremely conscientious of your comfort, the level of pressure and your overall experience. Her room is calming and therapeutic in itself. She can truly work miracles. I would highly recommend Stephanie and Trusting Touch 1000%.
Stephanie has helped us in so many ways! During my pregnancy she alleviated all my growing pain. And while my daughter has been healing from a surgery she is giving her more extension, mobility, and comfort. We are so thankful for her gentle, effective and knowledgeable care!
