Used this company for a corporate tax return and was surprised by the lack of communication by Richard Gibson and unprofessional attitude of bookkeeper Phyllis McCray. Surprised mainly because the initial meeting was so positive versus the poor quality of the services provided. A return that was quoted by Richard to be completed in less than one month (all information provided in within 48 of initial meeting) took over two months and and required me sending numerous e-mails to multiple staff members requesting status updates... read more
