I must share a great experience on my visit to the Windermere branch yesterday and today. All my working life has been in customer service, and I can discern when is great, good or regular. KUDOS to Mr. Gustavo Claro providing and exceeding my expectations on a pay billing situation. Also gratitude to your great cashier Pearline…I did volunteered to make this review as EXCELLENT service; yes you can go ahead and consider a higher pay to these guys! :-)… They make Trustco looks better!
Do not use this bank for business banking. They failed to open the correct account type initially and claimed it would take 30 days to add all partners—even though every partner already signed during setup. Customer support was entirely unhelpful and unresponsive. This severe delay and poor service left our business unable to accept payments from clients during a critical time.
Renil and Josh and Jerry are the best!!!!!! Great customer service. We love this bank
