I've been with this bank for years & have always had good experiences. No lost or misplaced paperwork; polite, professional service; courteous advice/suggestions when I've asked. If I fill out paperwork I get a copy, so if the bank "loses" it I have my copy. Banking hours are clearly posted on the door & online. Last year went to Trustco to deposit $35g check. Deposited & walked out. Luckily we went back a few days later. Checking the balance, something ain't jiving! They deposited it into my son's account! Hmmm! That kinda inconvenient! Monday I wanted to flip $$ into a cd. Keep it in house. Safer, easier. After 10 minutes of asking me for my social, I realize my $$ are at jeopardy! Signed up for overdraft protection with 2 branch associates. After an overdraft they can't find any signs that I signed this paperwork. Kind of concerning a bank is losing paperwork and costing its customers money.
