I've been with this bank for years & have always had good experiences. No lost or misplaced paperwork; polite, professional service; courteous advice/suggestions when I've asked. If I fill out paperwork I get a copy, so if the bank "loses" it I have my copy. Banking hours are clearly posted on the door & online. A common tactic for bank robbers is to come at closing time & insist they be let in, which is why banks lock their doors exactly at closing time.
