I worked with Lynn Doremus to obtain a mortgage from Trustco to buy my home. Lynn did an INCREDIBLE job, was efficient, timely, friendly, and all around great to work with as a mortgage loan officer. She made my wife and I feel well taken care of. On top of that, Trustco's mortgage products can't be beat! They helped me save a ton on my mortgage and I will use them again. Highly recommended!
If I could give 10 stars for Lynn Doremus I would!! We are rebuilding our house after a devastating fire. She has been so patient, kind and very helpful guiding us through the process for rebuilding.
Russell Quade was very helpful, I was very anxious and he calmed my fear of banking.
Highly recommended. I needed specialized medallion notary for paperwork. I was able to call and speak with Russell who put me in the correct direction to work with Lynn. I was easily able to make an appointment and the day of the paperwork went so smoothly with Lynn , she was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience.
