Now that Trustco finally removed Tharwat Habib as a manager, I can say that this storefront is improving. I remember months ago, when I found out that he (Tharwat Habib) somehow, without authorization, was able to open accounts without people's say-so. It made me uncomfortable to associate with the company, as how could you trust a company named TrustCo when someone like him was representing them? I have been a member for years at this Oviedo branch, and I wanted to say what a pleasure it is to continue to be valued and welcomed every time I enter through the doors. Peggy has been a staple there as long as I have been a member and she and the whole staff truly make the experience great! If you want to be a valued customer and still have that small community feel, I could not speak more highly of this team!
This branch was good before but now I always suffer to ask platform for any help
