Very good help from Dhruv with all my problems that I was worried about. Everything is good now.
Dhruv was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We tried to use my debit card since the system started it was active and suggested using the atm which didnt work. He quickly ordered my new card and I was on my way.

The worst customer service standing and nobody say anything just left this location the worst place to do business Most likely I close my account and trustco banks because all the location is the same thing and this is the worst customer service I'll tell all my friends and businesses not to do business with trusco.There is literally no one there I had a masjid account their they are probably showing prejudice against me.
