I called this morning to check and see if my stimulus check hit my checking account and the woman that answered the phone at this branch was very rude and i felt like she talked down to me like i was a 2nd class citizen. I have 6 children and me and my wife barely get by we really need that money and she made me feel as if she didnt care. She repeaded my SS# over the phone enough to where it could possibly be herd by someone else in the bank. Randomly had my account locked , when calling to find out I was harassed and attacked by some woman who lied to me saying she had been trying to call me for weeks about my address. Which is strange because Id been in contact via phone with my bank all month long & have been emailing her coworker flavia from trustco all month long as well & I have records of that.
