I have been with Trustci bank for 30 plus years. I have always had professional treatment by the bank through the Glenmont branch with Bhavi,Emike and Kirishma. I appreciate the personal touch that I have been given as a customer by this bank.
I have been with Trustco for 20yrs and I always live coming to the Glenmont branch. I always get wonderful service from all my girls there. They are very professional and I wish they never leave.

Emike, at the Glenmont NY branch was extremely helpful with a duplicate withdrawal transaction that appeared in our checking account from a merchant. She filled out the proper paperwork and evidence showing the duplicates and filed them with Trustco Corp to dispute it. I look forward to a swift resolution and the reversal of one of the transactions.
Bhavi is a very competent person she is knowledgeable about all aspects of banking and willing to help . She also is very kind.
