Excellent customer service. Mr.Rodriguez went to great lengths to help my elderly mother. Very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Thankful for this bank and the wonderful staff!!! Highly recommend!
Patrick Boatey, business banker, was very helpful in helping my family secure a home equity loan. I was approved quickly. The only thing that could be improved, the underwriters should make up a punch list of every necessary document right from the beginning to avoid the banker reaching out to you for another document. Otherwise, Patrick was great to work with.
