Great place to bank! Every time I go in, everyone is always so nice and friendly. They’re helpful and knowledgeable, so I’m not wasting my time when I’m there. Thank you guys!
Customer service on the phone it’s very unprofessional. I would not recommend going to Trustco-Bank. They hold checks for a long long time. It’s ridiculous, I never had an issue with a bank like this one, the lady who answered wasn’t nice very rude disrespectful and unprofessional.
