UPDATE: If you need a wonderful and helpful loan agent, Steve is the perfect person for you. The home equity loan was approved and ready to fund this week. After Steve talked with the underwriter department, he was able to get a review of the loan done again, and this time, a different person reviewed the loan and approved it! Stephen Shura was absolutely amazing! He and all the staff at Trustco Bank in Vero Beach are very professional, friendly, and informative. Before opening our CDs, Stephen explained everything thoroughly to my husband and I. We are very pleased with the service received, and even opened 6 accounts for the grandchildren! Stephen Shura was a recommendation from our previous Mortgage broker. We wanted to take out some equity and we found out very quickly how dishonest folks can be these days. Stephen made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end.
