We've been loyal customers for over 14 years and have multiple accounts with Trustco and they always bring us up to date on any issues (or promotions) that we should be aware of.
Nick Alvarado, the Trustco Briarcliff branch manager, helped us with a home equity line. He worked with us to expedite the process and always delivered on what he promised, whether it was documentation, answers, or making the next back-office step happen.
