I cannot be accused of recommending Trustco Bank too highly, because it is actually worth what seems to be a hyperbole and it is not. It is truly a marvelous bank, primarily because of its personnel. I have had personal contact, with two of their personnel, namely, Ms Diane Dratz who is the Branch Manager, and Ms.Karin Sterritt, who handles personal and business banking In fact I was still in Oxford, UK when the bank was recommended to me by friends in the US. Karin Sterritt is the absolute best. She helped me with the unfamiliar mortgage process and made it easy to understand. Her patience and kindness is unmatched. I was a basket case and she helped me every step of the way. I would only ever recommend her and give her 10 stars if I could.
