Im a new customer made a visit today on Wednesday 01/07/26 receiving excellent customer service from Joseph Ramirez Jr. My experience meeting with him today here at Trustco bank was very helpful and pleasant. I had a good time chatting up with Joseph and he was super friendly. He seems like a cool nice guy to interact with and funny too.
