I had the worst experience in this bank today may 1st 2026 the teller that served me was horrible a white woman that was horrible on customer service, I gave her a deposit slip that clearly said to deposit $1,100 with two money orders one for a thousand and another for one hundred, she process the deposit and gave me a deposit receipt for $200 and as I was about to walk out I checked my receipt I noticed and claimed to her and she got the guts to tell me that I gave her two one hundred dollars money order, and that's when sh... read more
Joseph, an employee of Trustco bank did an amazing thing for me today when I found myself between a rock and hard place. He got in his car to come 15 minutes away to pay my IHOP bill because of a fraudulent charge on my debit card causing it to be declined.
