TO start there's a reason why this branch is getting so many negative reviews. I agree with the other negative reviews that complained about the branch manager MR. Magged. He is unprofessional, rude, and just downright unkind. He lied and told me an account was closed when I asked but it was never closed. That account still accepted autopayments to go through and racked up a bunch of overdraft fees when he said he closed out and then they pulled money from my current account to cover it.
