I had a great experience with Trustco Bank especially the Branch in Maitland Florida. The Bank Branch Manager: Maged Sawires was able to help me with me refinance for my house and equity loan as well. It was an easy and fast process. The good thing about trustco bank is there is no closing cost bank fee which is great. I recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you.

Branch Manager is unkind and unfriendly. WE needed proof that an account had been closed. When we went the route we were told, we were sent back to branch because it had to come through him. No one ever returned our calls, and he was rude to the title company and told them to never call back.
