Without even a close second this is the WORST bank in Florida! The app is almost as worthless as the employees. Their 6 day hold is actually 10 days and should be illegal to hold someone's money like that. You've been warned! If I could trust bank would get zero stars. I called to talk to someone about loans and I got a guy and when he got on the phone . He didn't even seem like he wanted to talk to me about loans and he said do you bank with us. I said no then he replied well you would have to be a customer here. And that my laon would be 9% . Even now my dad got a loan with out being a customer. I just feel like he didn't want to do his job or made me feel like I was bothering him.
