I had the pleasure of meeting with Assistant Branch Manager Kristen. With her guidance, I was able to obtain a certificate of deposit at a very competitive rate. Kristen thoroughly explained TrustCo Bank’s various products and services, giving me the confidence to invest my money and making me feel like a valued customer. I have not experienced this impressive level of knowledge, competence and professionalism in a long time. Kristen is a real gem!

Closes at 4pm. I’ve arrived at 3:55 pm trying to find parking and guess what! . “We already closed” . So why says on the sign closes at 4 pm!!!!??? Very disappoint! 👇
