Had a terrific experience with Yarilys and Sinead at Trustco bank. Jose was a tremendous help in gettimg me what I needed. I felt welcome and they certainly presented themselves well. I will be back.
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Had a check held for 12 days as they thought it was a fraudulent or forged checked that originated from one of the biggest banks in the US that was written from one of the biggest companies in the world but Trustco could not verify. Did my own leg work and called the big bank and they said they had no calls from Trustco from to confirm. Called the entity who wrote the check and they called Trustco to confirm authenticity of the check but Trustco refused to let them talk to a bra... read more
