If I could give this branch (Orange City, FL) zero stars, I would. The new branch management is non-responsive and doesn’t seem to have a clue on banking regulations. We have been customers of this branch for over 15 years. We always felt welcome there when the prior two bank managers were there. We no longer feel that now. The branch always feels understaffed, not well trained, and morale is horrible. Customer service has become non-existent.
