Trustco is an “old school” bank. They don’t force you onto the app for every transaction. I don’t mind going in because everyone is always so friendly.
I’d say this is the best branch to go to! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve called other branches for help on a replacement card and they all wanted me to go in and sign & I just didn’t have time. Didn’t need to do that with the Orange City branch. They definitely know what they are doing.
Very pleased with my experiences with Trustco and the manager Patricia. They are so easy to work with and treat you like family.
I had an amazing experience getting my auto loan through this branch. Pat Parte was great to work with and was always available to answer all my questions. She made the loan process so easy. I will definitely be using this as my local branch and am very happy with my experience!
