I started banking there over 40 years ago William jazz was the manager at the time. He help me with all the paperwork to get started with my account and all the people that worked and the tellers windows for instance, Julie she always helps me out. It’s like a family over there. Whoever is there I always get help. They’re great.
Usually have no issues, but they recently changed their ATM machine and it doesn’t accept deposits anymore.
Nyro Lewis helped us open a safety deposit account and checking account and then solve some early issues with the app and information about loans. He is an excellent manager, very knowledgeable and pleasant. Go with Trustco and the heck with Citibank and all those mega banks that don't care about you.
