I’ve had experience in New York, as well as Florida, and I can tell you that the Leesburg branch is far superior to the Amsterdam, New York branch of Trustco in both service and expertise. Ryan Pennels has been absolutely wonderful. He is very in tune with my issues and has helped me with the problems I was having at a different bank. That bank was totally being difficult. Every time I come in he is so pleasant and helpful. And very direct in explaining. All employees of this branch are great!
