I recommend Trustco Bank to all of my friends and I enjoy doing business with Trustco.
The bank Manager was kind enough to exchange 10 $100 bills for 20 $50 bills for me as a non-customer. I needed them for tips at my niece's wedding. The bank personnel couldn't have been nicer.
Very pleasant experience.
Very good bank! I had some issues with the mobile app not showing my checking account and the branch manager, Ryan, was to help me figure it out! Everybody here is extremely polite and very outgoing. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with smiles and feel like the tellers genuinely want to talk to you. Awesome environment!
I want to so compliment Susan in the Leesburg Trustco office. She is always a great representative for Trustco. As a snowbird. I’ve had experience in New York, as well as Florida, and I can tell you that the Leesburg branch is far superior to the Amsterdam, New York branch of Trustco in both service and expertise. Thank you so much Susan for your continued excellent support.
