I am writing a review for the head teller at 1450 western ave Head Teller Anu. Anu is a great assest to Trustco Bank. I have been a loyal customer of trustco for over 15 years. Never have I had a Bank transaction with Anu that has been nothing but spectacular, Curtious and well done. Always has a smile for me and goes out of her way to make sure my expierence is awesome. Never in my life have I experienced a more unprofessional gentleman, who promised us the world. He was a fast talker, cocky as can be, and when it was time to fund my loan, he disappeared after it got denied. He would not help me get answers as to why it was denied, if there were any other options my family and I had. We went to Albert Estopinal as he came SO highly recommended by a friend.
