Do not bank with Trustco. I’m sad to say after about 10 years, which really didn’t have major issues until last year. I don’t know what happened after the pandemic, it seemed like all of their staff left, leaving them with closing branches early, not being open on Saturdays, etc. etc. Then I was hit with fraudulent charges, four different occasions. I’ve been through two different checking accounts, endless number of buying checks that I don’t use anymore. My debit card being hit on three different occasions. Then them allow... read more
