This is a money hungry Bank, they charge 3 $36.00 fees for a total of $108.00 for being $20.00 over draft. They never said the debit card is also a credit card. Would not recommend.
Branch manger not very professional.
I have been with Trustco for 7 years and a loyal customer. I shut down my account with this comical conglomerate because they are constantly changing their policies with their checking accounts. When I started with this banking outfit the requirements for a checking account was to have a minimum of.50 to open the account NOW the minimum is $500.00.
