I always receive excellent service at Trustco. This time, I needed Sharon to serve as a notary and both she and the other manager were extremely helpful.
We had a great experience with TrustCo obtaining our recent loan. Sharon Gilbert was very generous and helpful - she made the process so much less stressful. As for daily banking, all of the tellers have always been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Manager and tellers there are always helpful and nice. Better branch than other banks.
These guys are the best. Remember the pumpkins and Big Gordon’s lawnmower.
