Went in to open multiple accounts and Dajeana was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She made the whole process super simple!
The tellers and managers are so friendly and amazing. They know what they are doing and even if they are unsure they usually call others for clarifications.
I would like to recognize Dajeana at the Mayfair branch for her kind and meaningful customer service she provided me to address a problem with my on-line bill pay access. I was not able to pay bills or travel to the branch due to health issues. I had to work with the bank over the phone for more than a week and Dajeana stayed in touch with me while she worked with bank Operations contacts keeping me informed with status until the problem was resolved. I appreciate the personal touch and help that was provided.
