I was receiving scam phone calls which said money would be taken out of my account. I had never contacted nor called Pro Home...I don't even know what they are. Each time someone called me she or he would give me my account number as well as my routing number. I walked into the bank and spoke with Omar Pancham, assistant branch manager, who told me the account would be placed on hold which is what I wanted. I called this branch (286 Saratoga Road) twice last week and left a message twice with a simple question. Both times I was told the manager at this GLENVILLE office would return my call. Got nothing. No call back! Not the first time this has happened either. Trustco has outdated technology with bill pay services, our checking account was compromised and a few thousand was stolen. I LOVE this branch (and so far am happy with the bank in general)! I am always helped in a pleasant manner. Mistakes have NOT been made with any of my transactions. I'm smiled at when I come in, when I get to the teller and when I leave. I don't see employees standing around chatting with each other while customers are lined up and waiting. I have banks that I avoid because of the employees. I look forward to coming here. I enjoy banking here and plan to be a longtime customer.
