Bibi Eliza Alli ,was Customer friendly and very helpful in opening my accounts today.
My wife and I went to cash a TRUSTCO check. They make us call the person who wrote the check to verify the check was real, otherwise it was 5 dollar fee. All for a 60 dollar check. Bad customer service.
All employees are always helpful and friendly would not bank any other bank or branch
