As a new customer, I have no complaints whatsoever. For starters, the staff: impeccable. The tellers are all welcoming and magnificent people. Then you get to John and Samuel, two kind-hearted, helpful individuals. The environment in this branch is homelike, smaller but safe, a cooled air conditioned area. Really wish I switched to Trustco sooner, I’ve always drove by this branch. Knowing what I know now, I can say it’s the best branch I’ve been to!!
