The tellers here are absolutely amazing! I want to say specifically that Alla goes above and beyond every single time I go into the Guilderland branch on Carman Rd. She is always pleasant, helpful, patient and understanding! She is a blessing .
Worst experience...waited 15 min. at the drive thru, tellers wouldn't even acknowledge me, finally an employee came to the dive thru window apologizing, never got a receipt for my visit. very bad...
Two weeks ago I tried to use the ATM. A receipt came out but no money. Thinking I hit a wrong button I tried again. Same thing except I read the receipt and it said "Account Unknown" Fearing I had been hacked or cleaned out, I immediately went into the bank, thankfully they were open, to learn that my ATM card was Cancelled!!! No notice, nothing, just cancelled. Apparently it was an older card that they said were all cancelled FOUR YEARS AGO. Well, mine wasn't and I have been using it all along until this day.
