i have been a customer of the bank for over 20 years . i had a problem with my cash transfer , and ethan solved the problem in less than an hour and even called me back. i wish him well in his career and he should advance very quickly. also, there is too much to say about mrs. jennifer fisher. mrs. fisher had a hand in solving my problem and in the 20 years mrs. fisher has always given me and my family superb customer service. mrs. fisher is extremely knowledgeable about trusto policies and has always offered to help. hats o... read more
Pleasant staff
I lost my wallet and needed to withdraw cash from an actual teller. 3 tellers available; Jennifer, the manager?, and another teller. The teller was nice and was trying to help until Jennifer came over and started to Rudely explain that I couldn't withdraw without id. I'm glad she chose to be so aggressive about being rude because this was my last straw with trustco. For the most part the service at trustco is terrible.
