I went to this branch today, August 29th. I deposited a check, and as I was walking away, the teller says something to another teller in her language and they both begin to laugh. When I look back, they were both looking at me. Unfortunately, they are closed until Tuesday so I will have to wait until thrn to speak to the manager as instructed by corporate when I called. I find their behavior to be extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional!
My experience with Surita Ramnath the assistant manager at the altamont ave trustco was great, she really puts in the extra effort to expedite the loan process and making sure everything goes smoothly. I highly recommend anyone going to her with any and all of there banking need.
I was in drive thru Saturday 8/2/25 I sent my debit card , my ID and a note with the last 4 digits of the account to deposit in. Teller sends a slip out with my debit card but no ID. Why I don’t know- I fill it out and send it back. Another teller comes in the mic that they can’t find me. ( I have 4 accounts here ) and ask for my social. I’m not saying my social over a mic and I’m not writing it down and sending it.
