Sarah the assistant manager is excellent. She is kind, considerate, and proficient. She with ease was able to help us with our account when we needed assistance in a timely matter. Thank you so much Sarah. We are very grateful
Each time I visit this branch I am struck by how kind everyone is. Sarah J. and Jay, (I believe that is the name of the teller ) are the people I talk with most of the time and they are nice even when there is a glitch-I write the wrong account number on the deposit slip..., they always find a way to help and they do it in a lovely, friendly way. Thank you for that.
My account was restricted by Trustco bank for no apparent reason then this bank decided to charge me a fee for each transaction that was denied since the total amount requested, but not received, exceeded my available balance. In two instances the person swiped my card twice without my permission after it errored out as restricted. This is a terrible bank.
TrustCo Bank has over 750 employees, over 150 branches. It's a big small business. Lol It's called your hometown Bank because they are excellent providers at the branch level. Employees like Aysha H. Malik and her staff at Loudon Plaza in Albany are customer centered - friendly, helpful and professional. I know boomers prefer the brick and mortar, and with good reason: when you have a problem with banking, and you will, it's nice to have sit down with a knowledgeable banking expert like Aysha.
