Really bad experience recently. I never received my 1099 for taxes and I had to call multiple times to customer service department to find a large amount of money that was supposed to be deposited on an account. I had to go multiple times to the branch and the managers laughed on my face or they got angry at me, when I asked questions about a product that the bank offers. True story.
