My account was restricted by Trustco bank for no apparent reason then this bank decided to charge me a fee for each transaction that was denied since the total amount requested, but not received, exceeded my available balance. In two instances the person swiped my card twice without my permission after it errored out as restricted. This is a terrible bank.
TrustCo Bank has over 750 employees, over 150 branches. It's a big small business. Lol It's called your hometown Bank because they are excellent providers at the branch level. Employees like Aysha H. Malik and her staff at Loudon Plaza in Albany are customer centered - friendly, helpful and professional.
