I had the pleasure of working with D’Ajeana, the Branch Manager, and she was wonderful. She was extremely friendly, super attentive, and very knowledgeable. Great place to do business with. Anne Zubrick is easy to work with.
I've had the most wonderful experiences with Anne, the Assistant Manager at the route 7 branch. She is always welcoming and goes out of her way to help me out when I'm pressed with having to make a deposit to my business or personal account.Dealing with Anne is worth my traveling though I have 3 Trustco branches closer to my home.
Branch manager was very helpful. I had issues with my Debit card and she handled it with ease and quickly.
