The bank manager, D'Anjeana Williams, is friendly, knowledgeable, has a calm demeanor, and most notably a problem solver with a repertoire of strategies to provide outstanding service to customers. She's an asset to that branch and the organization. D'Anjeana should be training others that join the bank and aspire to be in management positions.
After banking with Trustco for over 25 years an overdraft occurred as a result of the account holders death. Alex of Trustco refused to credit the $36 but never expressed any concern about their customer”s death. Very sad!!
Have been with Trustco for years. Kathy from this branch has always been amazing. Always there to help whenever we need anything.
I had a remarkable experience with my grandmother at RT 2. Alex, Kathy, and Felicia were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. All the branches are are wonderful but this branch is my NEW FAVORITE ❤️
The staff at this location are awesome very respectful an always smiling Kathy is amazing the gentleman very nice not sure of his name
