I've been with Trustco for many years. Love this branch! The people have always been very helpful to me and I appreciate the convenient location.
Try opening at 8 am Don’t close for lunch randomly for “staff lunch”. If you need staff team building try after work! Your number 1 job as a brick and mortar bank is to BE OPEN!! And if possible be efficient.
