They should really have the woman working the front desk behind the scenes. She makes you feel like an inconvenience and that you’re bothering her by being there. We didn’t know the name of the buyer at our closing and she loudly scoffed and rolled her eyes. She said that was our problem and she couldn’t get us a room if we didn’t know what we were doing (as sellers we didn’t realize we should even know this information).
