Terrible establishment, they have been itching to close my account ever since I expressed my dissatisfaction with their customer service and poor communication practices. A small balance has accrued on this account that has been there for maybe a month and I’ve been threatened with notice after notice that the account will be closed if the balance is not addressed. So this branch is one of the most unprofessional branches on wolf rd.how does one of the workers lose a driver's license? They need to learn customer service skills and learn to pay attention to the transactions that they are dealt with instead of gossiping 24/7.How can any work get done?? Maybe one or more are thieves but REAL professionals need to be hired ASAP.
