Right now I am thoroughly disappointed in their service. I have been trying to access my on-line account for two days now. When I call their customer service line I get put on hold for long periods with no sound or help message to let me know I am still connected. I received a letter saying to enter my tax ID number….I DON'T HAVE A TAX ID NUMBER. I am ready to pull my account from the bank! Joan Storey
