Amal took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her professionalism and care made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Amal if you’re visiting this branch!
In my view, the banking experience for businesses leaves much to be desired. While the branch staff, like Melissa, are fantastic, the phone support is quite lacking. Based on the reviews, my experience might have been an anomaly, but my interaction with support was quite frustrating.
