I will never recommend anyone to do business here. I tried doing a small home equity loan with Trustco. After submitting my application, I was never contacted. I had to personally reach out after a month to see the status of my application. While the management was polite, they are constantly switching management and they don't serve a purpose other than being a clueless middle-man for the underwriters who suck. I had to pay $150 for a questionnaire to be filled out by my HOA that Trustco refused to assist with or even add t... read more
