I received excellent service at this bank today. The team is wonderful, and everyone is polite and courteous. My previous visit to this branch had been very disappointing; a former employee (an assistant manager, perhaps—a young woman) had shown a very unprofessional attitude toward clients. I was happy to see a new, professional team!
