Remember when your ATMs used to work? Those were good times. Now they’re just useless husks that don’t do anything. Did you run out of money? Is that why I can’t get cash from the ATMs at your banks? “Your request can’t be processed”? I didn’t even get to make a request. I didn’t even get to type in my pin. I haven’t seen one of these things work in years. You do know they’re supposed to work, right? Oh my god, maybe you don’t. Oh god. Maybe you’re just that dumb.

treated terribly when i went to refinance house they ran me around made me turn thing in..ok but for nothing. got the same loan with ease and less interest at RP funding thanks for the runaround trusco tired of your adds on radio
Great service friendly people very good rates on mortgages
The people are nice, but there systems stink. I can’t stand the way they do things.
Very disappointing. I applied for a mortgage with them in December. The commercial banker Jim Poole never responded to my multiple emails and voice messages even after I spent a whole Saturday morning gathering documentation. It has been over a month and the guy is MIA. I even emailed the bank manager in Altamonte last week and he failed to respond. Very sorry customer service.
