Opened an account at Trustco, Ashley C. assisted me in doing so. She had answers for all my questions and was very helpful. Excellent service. Made the choice of banking with Trustco more cumbersome.

John from the telephone Fraud Department was First-Rate, A Plus Excellent, regarding that AWFUL storage facility on Dix Ave, that WILL soon be shut down (by me). And Ashley is still my Favorite!!!
Very nice bank, People are friendly. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I've been banking with Trustco for years and I come to see Vicky with any questions I have. McKayla is top notch too! You can't beat Ashley at customer service either and Serena is so sweet! Keep these girls together!
