Outstanding service. Super friendly staff. Willing to spend time with you and explain every step.
I have had nothing but complications since they merged with Trustbank. I've had problems with my card going through on subscription purchases and staff was not helpful in helping me figure out why. I will be switching banks even though I have been with them for almost 10 years. I rarely had issues before the merge.
