What a great bank! I had a problem with PayPal charging something to my account at TruStar, which I had no funds in at the time because it isn't my primary bank, I accumulated a $30 courtesy pay fee for them. Called once I figured it out a little less then two weeks later and they were able to do a one time courtesy waiver of the fee! So happy with this bank! If I lived in the area still I would be using this bank for everything.
