I highly not recommend using Trust Tree Trademarks. This is the exact quote from the Randy's email "...none appear to be obvious conflicts. As such,this mark should be registrable." After we submit the application to trademark office, the application is blocked/refused. I have wasted so much money in making labels, creating stamps, registering the business etc, creating tax ID and time. I dealt with Bill Ferrell and he was incredibly prompt. I can't say enough good things about this firm. I was in the middle (muddle) of getting a comic strip title trademarked and I got lost in the legal jargon. I realized I needed help to get to the finish line and received an email (along with many others) offering assistance. I admit though, the dogs really won my heart.
