they called my fiancé 5 times the night before the ride, kept asking if we were going to cancel. was 20 minutes late to pick her up, then proceeded to leave her in Chicago at rush hospital with no ride for hours, alone. when I called asking if they were sending a driver to pick her up, the person on the phone yelled at me and argued with me saying it was her fault that she didn't have a driver. finally someone got her, but they spent 3 hours doing a drive that should've taken 1 hour. when I went to pick her up from the drop ... read more
Trust transportation delivered great service. They were punctual, friendly and the vehicle was very clean.
Im not surprise there's no reviews trust transportation is always the sub contractor they stay so busy helping other so called transportation co. look good, I'll assure you " that there the ones always in the back making the others shine.
