I honestly can’t recommend anyone to go there. The service and customer care were terrible. He doesn’t give clients enough time and explains nothing, even though you are paying for his time. I asked him many questions and he didn’t answer any of them. Even the Moroccan woman working with him had the same attitude no respect and no communication. Very bad experience overall, and I definitely do not recommend this office at all.”

I had a disappointing experience with this tax service. I was told my return would be handled properly, but I was later informed that my state return was rejected without a clear explanation. When I asked for details, I did not receive a clear answer at first. After insisting, the response was inconsistent and unprofessional. As a client, I expect clear communication and proper handling of my tax filing. Not recommended them for any services Asked them by phone before stop by to office to translate documents they accepted Once i reached there and showed them the documents they refused to translate it coz The content is inappropriate !!! Its a Racism behavior from them coz we are at America not at Egypt!!!

This man is a double-faced person. If you just need him to do a simple, fill-in-the-blank tax return, you will probably be okay. If you’re looking for a business partner, he is the last person in the world you want to find. He was quiet and had very few words. But you never know what person he is until too late. His office girls play games too.
