My experience with Trust and Ride was wonderful, they were attentive, provided all the needed support and assistance required and it was a great rental experience overall. I would highly recommend renting w them in future.
Absolutely Unreliable and Unprofessional – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had on Turo. I booked this car well in advance and confirmed everything the night before. On the day of the trip, I followed up in the morning expecting a smooth pickup — only to be told last minute that the car is suddenly “not available.” No explanation. No apology.
