I was driving down the road and this driver is the worst.. I called to tell the company and got the brush off... Once again I don't know what this company really transports but the general public is not safe with this driver in the road ... I'll follow up later and see if the "manager" follows up with me.. if I could give 0 stars that's what I'd give because the overall impression of this company..

They were able to schedule transport to my oncologist with very little time needed, I think I called 2 days before my appointment. I get very car sick, and while the driver there didn't really understand what that meant and so didn't understand why I was getting so upset when he kept missing the entrances to the highway, the woman who I spoke with afterwards treated me with so much empathy and made me feel really heard. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with the owner hires Muslim kids hurting for money here on student visas and pays them below minimum wage under the table , works them like slaves he recruits them at the mosque and other religious gatherings because he knows he can treat them like dirt because who are they going to tell they aren’t allowed to be working , he’s and evil dude.
Very unreliable company, I go to dialysis treatment three times a week with this company. They don’t send a driver at least once every two weeks, they don’t let me know in advance so I can find a another ride, many times I arrive half an hour late to the clinic because they put the transportation order very late to the system then driver arrive late. Don’t recommend it to anyone.
