Unacceptable dishonesty and complete lack of integrity. We’ve been loyal customers of Xpress Auto for a long time and had purchased the $290 for 10 washes package multiple times. After finishing our last package, we inquired about buying another one and asked to pay by EMT. Their staff explicitly told us to pay during our next visit, with no mention of any deadline, expiration, or price change. Terrible experience – ruined my trip I booked a car with ACO Rental/ Trust Auto Rental through Skyscanner for July 9–13 in Vancouver. The total cost was clearly confirmed at $180 CAD ($38 per day). However, when I arrived at their office, I was shocked to be told that my booking was cancelled without any explanation.
