AVOID! I had no problems with SunTrust, but since Truist acquired they have made it obvious they are not working for their customers. Feels like a predatory bank. Have used bill pay for years, since Truist, 3 problems this month driving me into overdraft. Allowed payments to be taken out early. Their response was that it can be taken out anytime.
